Sheikh Hasan Ali Isfahani, known as "Nokhodaki", a great devout theologian, born in 1863 into a religious, and educated family, in Isfahan –Iran.

When he was young, started learning different sciences: Arabic literature, principles and jurisprudence, philosophy, logic and theology.
He also learnt interpretation of the Quran.

For continuing his education, travelled to Najaf –Iraq and studied in the presence of great scholars, then returned to Mashad –Iran and besides teaching he also studied.

He lived in "Mashad" up to the end of his life.

Nokhodaki died in 1942.
